Nursery Admissions
Here at Peter Hills, we offer both part-time and full-time places in September to children who have already turned 3 years old. On occasion if we have space, we will offer them a place for the term after they turn 3 years old (either January or April) but this is never a guarantee.
Part time: Every child is entitled to 15 hours free childcare at nursery, this equates to 5 sessions.
Full time: The cost is £15 per extra session, £75 per week, paid in advance. A deposit of £75 plus the first week’s amount of £15 is required before your child can start, which will be taken off during the Summer term.
If we do not receive payment in advance then your child will have to be part-time.
If you are a working parent then you can contact Southwark to see if you are eligible for 30 hours free childcare.
The deadlines to apply for the 30 hours free childcare are as followed:
- For September starts you must apply before 31st August
- For January starts you must apply before 31st December
- For April Starts you must apply before 31st March.
If you do qualify then you must email admissions@peterhillssouthwark.co.uk with your code BEFORE your child begins. It is up to each parent to then resubmit their application every 3 months. You do not need to email admissions again as the code will always be the same.
Failure to do any of the above will result in you having to pay full price if you still require a full-time place.
